A: Any colour can be printed but we would require a pantone colour (PMS) to give an exact colour.

Q: How do I supply you my artwork?

A: Your artwork needs to be supplied to us as an EPS File created in Adobe Illustrator. This is the most universally acceptable file format for line printing. For multi-colour work, please ensure that each colour is on its own layer, as this will enable us to colour separate your artwork and make modifications if required. Additionally, each layer must be clearly labelled with its colour reference and all fonts must be converted to curves or outlines before saving. If you dont have any artwork, we here to help and bring your ideas to life.

Q: Is the quality of my logo good enough to print?

A: It is important to make sure your logo is as clear as it can be to achieve a good quality print. However if your logo is not of a good quality we will recommend the best possible solution to improve it. It may require re drawing or change / edit colours.

Q: How do I know my logo will be printed correctly?

A: We will send you an artwork proof showing colour separations and logo layout. This proof will require approval before the products are personalized. We use the PMS reference numbers you gave us to ensure it is printed the correct colour.

Q: How to place an order?

A: Please send us your order via email: info@lxin-gifts.com , we will provide Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: 
1) Production information: Quantity, Specification( size, color, logo, and packing requirement), artwork or sample will be the best.
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information: Company name, Address, Post code, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.

Q: Can I see a printed sample before placing my order?

A:In the majority of cases printed samples are possible. We must however levy a minimum print charge. 

Q: How will I know when my order will be printed?

A: We will be in contact with you from when we receive you order right through to dispatch, but you are always welcome to give us a call if you have any queries.

Q: What if I am not happy with the final product?

A: We hope this would never happen as we are committed to delivering a quality product on time and printed according to the customer’s exact specifications. If in a very rare case this should happen, we would resolve this directly with you.
